Made few QOL of life changes for a better gameplay experience.

Changes:

1. You can now check a Blob’s stats in the deployment menu by right-clicking its button.
2. To prevent wasting a Blob’s turn, moving it onto the same tile will no longer consume its movement.
3. Terrain panel is now visible during deployment phase.
